Each stud is contained in a plastic plate ¾ inch by 1 inch.
Detach each acupuncture slimming stud and plaster from its own plate.
Position the stud and plaster behind each ear lobe as shown in the diagram printed on the container box.
The ear acupuncture stud will slide easily into the skin (you will not even feel it!), then smooth the sterile plaster into position with your finger.
